我们的LED驱动器在单个芯片上集成配有电阻的PNP晶体管和两个二极管，采用SOT23和SOT457小型塑料封装。高电流精度和10 – 50 mA的稳定输出电流。这些节省空间的解决方案非常适合恒定电流源和汽车应用。
